Few Simple But Great Tips to be Healthy (Lessons Learned from Tony Robbins)

Here are a few SIMPLE but GREAT TIPS to be Healthy which can be added to our daily routine.

Lessons learned from Tony Robbins:

1. Consume 70% to 80% of alkali-forming foods (green vegetables, almonds, avocados, etc.)

2. Limit the intake of acid-forming foods (animal meats, dairy products, sugars, etc.)

3. Give your diet a boost with nutritional supplements and quality greens (wheatgrass, etc).

4. Add fresh lemon to water daily.

5. Stay active and move as much as you can.

6. Test your pH.
